“I’m Renee Bell and I’m a photographer.” Here, at the beginning. Before today becomes yesterday and tomorrow is still a life full of future promise, potential and possibilities. We are here to capture now and never let it go. Renee Bell is a photographer based in Belmont, right on Lake Macquarie and about 25 minutes from Newcastle NSW. Specialising in newborns, babies, toddlers and children. Most sessions take place in her natural light residential studio with it's sole purpose being to create a relaxing and inviting space for her clients. Weddings are also available on commission Australia wide. Newcastle Newborn Photography Newborns are Renee's speciality and her favourite age to photograph. Newborns can bring out the best in anyone. With their birth comes intense pride, joy and wonderment. Tiny fingers and toes. Long eyelashes. Tears. Exquisite lips. There is so much about this time that is almost indescribable. It may seem like the first few days will stretch on forever but they are over before you know it. To capture the “new” in your newborn, the best time to photograph them is within the first week. This time is ideal for clean skin, peaceful sleepiness and very curly poses. To avoid disappointment try to secure a session with Renee at least 4-6 weeks before your due date and include her in your announcement text to friends and family so she knows your session time is imminent and to contact you within a few days. Baby Photography Newcastle It’s not hard to imagine why for some people – dads in particular – the after-newborn stage (2-4mths) is a favourite. This is the next phase of firsts: smiles, eye contact, rolling over. Mobility and personality are developing at the rate of knots and asleep or awake; there are so many opportunities to see who they are and what they can do. 6-9mth... Possibly, the best ‘posing’ age when the cheeky chickens are just sitting (and not yet able to crawl or run away ...). Personality cannot be ignored (do so at your own peril!) Newcastle Child Photographer Do you ever have those moments when you catch a glimpse of your child by chance and there’s something inexplicable about the way they look that squeezes your heart? We can capture that reminder of why this parenting caper is totally worth it in a fun photo session (and possibly a very cute, new outfit). Newcastle Maternity Photographer Celebrate the life inside you. Celebrate your beautiful body at its most ingenious. Around the 36 week mark your belly is nice and round, unmistakenly pregnant and you can usually move around into gentle poses with (relative) ease.
